What Happens on the Day

Once you arrive and register, the process moves through a few clear stages:

1. Registration. You share your basic details at the front desk, along with your work experience if you have any, or simply that you are a fresher.

3. Fluency check. Your spoken English is assessed through reading, sentence repetition, and general comprehension. This is where daily practice pays off.
4. Interview round. A deeper conversation covering your fit for the role, how you handle real customer scenarios, and your availability.
5. Next steps. If it goes well, you will hear about offer details and onboarding directly from the team on site.

The entire process is designed to be completed in one visit, so plan to spend a few hours at the office rather than just dropping in for ten minutes.

How to Prepare

A walk-in interview rewards preparation just as much as a scheduled one does.

Dress the part. Business casual is the safe standard. You do not need a full suit, but a clean, neat, professional look goes a long way in that first impression.

Work on your fluency. Read something out loud in English daily, practice sentence construction, and get comfortable speaking spontaneously rather than reciting memorized lines. It is one of the most common gaps recruiters see, and one of the easiest to fix with a week of daily practice.
