Any person who is over the age of 18 with basic educational qualifications, owns a laptop or desktop with webcam, and has a stable high-speed internet connection can join Gig@Maxicus. Having a power backup is a plus. Good English and communication skills are also an added advantage.
The exact work slots would depend basis the project requirements. Currently we are looking for people to work between 5pm to 2pm with mandatory login on weekends. Other projects would have different work slots that you can select based on your availability.
No, work experience is not mandatory. We welcome both freshers and experienced professionals to join our team. Having prior experience in customer support will be an added advantage but we would glad to help freshers start their professional journey with us.
