Resume for Customer Support Executive Fresher with No Experience (Free Format and Sample)
A resume for a BPO fresher with no experience should fit on one page and cover six things: contact details, a two-line career objective, education, skills, projects or activities, and languages. That is all a recruiter needs to decide whether to call you.
If you are a 12th pass student or a fresh graduate, this guide shows you how to build your resume, gives you one free template to copy, and covers the interview questions to prepare. It also lists the cities where we, at Maxicus, are hiring.

Why BPO and customer support jobs are a good first job
- You can start without experience. Freshers are welcome at Maxicus. A 12th pass is our minimum qualification for full-time Customer Support Executive roles.
- You learn on the job. Most of what you use on the floor is taught during training.
- Attitude counts. At Maxicus, communication skills and attitude matter more than your degree.
- You pick your format. Voice means live calls. Non-voice means chat and email. Read our guide on voice vs non-voice process.
- The industry is large. NASSCOM’s FY26 estimate, as reported by YourStory, puts business process management at about $59 billion of India’s $315 billion tech industry.
Career opportunities in BPO and customer support
A BPO job is a first step, not a dead end. There is no single fixed track at Maxicus, but a common path is Customer Support Executive, then Quality Analyst, Trainer, or Subject Matter Expert (or straight to Team Leader). From there you can move to Senior Team Leader or Assistant Manager, and then to Manager. How fast you move depends on your process, how quickly you take on responsibility, and how consistent you are.

How to write a resume for a BPO job with no experience
No experience does not mean an empty resume. Use this BPO fresher resume format, in this order.
- Contact details: Name, phone, a professional email, and your city. Do not add your Aadhaar or PAN number. Carry the originals to the interview.
- Career objective (two lines): The role you want, two strengths, and that you are ready to learn. Example: “Motivated graduate seeking a Customer Support Executive role. Clear communicator and quick learner, ready to grow with the team.”
- Education: Latest first, with board or university, year, and percentage if it is strong.
- Skills: Real ones only: spoken and written English, Hindi or your regional language, active listening, problem solving, basic MS Office and email, teamwork.
- Projects and activities: College fests, volunteering, part-time work, debates, or presentations. One line each on what you did.
- Languages: Each language with your level, such as fluent or working.
Formatting tips (best practice, not Maxicus rules): keep it to one page, use a clean 10 to 12 point font, save it as a PDF named FirstName_LastName_Resume.pdf, and check every line for spelling mistakes.
Free resume builders you can use
- Canva: Free resume templates. Some fonts and extras need a paid plan, so stick to the free ones.

BPO interview questions and answers for freshers
Your resume gets you the call. These questions decide the offer. The answers are samples, so put them in your own words.
1. Tell me about yourself.
“I am [name], a [12th pass student / graduate] from [city]. I like talking to people and solving problems, and I want to start my career in customer support. I learn quickly and I will take training seriously.”
2. Why should we hire you with no experience?
“I do not have work experience yet. I do have clear communication, a willingness to learn, and I am punctual. I will follow the training and the process.”
3. How would you handle an angry customer?
“I would stay calm and let them finish. I would apologize, repeat the problem back to confirm I understood, and offer the next step I can take. If I cannot fix it, I would escalate to my team leader.”
4. Are you comfortable with shifts?
Tell the truth. If you can work rotational or night shifts, say so. If you have limits, say so clearly. Read real talk about night shifts in BPO first.
