Roles & Responsibilities:
- Taking care of the hiring of all niche profiles as per SBU assigned
- Managing end to end lateral hiring cycle as well as day-to-day HR-related issues of the given process.
- Arranging for next rounds of interviews with stakeholder
- Salary negotiations and follow-ups
- Attrition control
- Conducting Employee Engagement activities and maintaining employee relations (SBU specific)
- Maintain tracking of new candidates
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Age between 22 – 28 years.
- Experience ranging from 1 – 4 years.
- Pleasing personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Should be creative enough to use multiple channels for hiring.
- Good people management skills.
- Experience in both recruitments, as well as HR Operations, shall be preferred.
