Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Taking care of the hiring of all niche profiles as per SBU assigned
  • Managing end to end lateral hiring cycle as well as day-to-day HR-related issues of the given process.
  • Arranging for next rounds of interviews with stakeholder
  • Salary negotiations and follow-ups
  • Attrition control
  • Conducting Employee Engagement activities and maintaining employee relations (SBU specific)
  • Maintain tracking of new candidates

Desired Candidate Profile:

Desired Profile

  • Age between 22 – 28 years.
  • Experience ranging from 1 – 4 years.
  • Pleasing personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Should be creative enough to use multiple channels for hiring.
  • Good people management skills.
  • Experience in both recruitments, as well as HR Operations, shall be preferred.
