Job Role: 

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Analyst with 2-3 years of experience and an MBA in Finance to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our finance department by performing comprehensive financial analysis, costing, competitive benchmarking, budget analysis, and SBU-wise cash flow management. A solid understanding of IND AS is preferred.

Job Description: 

Financial Analysis:

    • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.

    • Analyze financial data and create detailed reports to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

    • Develop financial models and forecasts to support business initiatives.

Costing:

    • Commercial structuring and deal pricing for multiple lines of business.

    • Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze cost data.

    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve cost efficiency.

Competitive Benchmarking:

    • Conduct competitive benchmarking analysis to understand market position and industry trends.

    • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and compare them with industry standards.

    • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to senior management.

Budget Analysis & Comparison:

    • Assist in the preparation and review of annual budgets and forecasts.

    • Monitor budget performance and analyze variances between actual results and budgeted figures.

    • Provide recommendations for budget adjustments and cost-saving measures.

Cash Flow Management:

    • Analyze and monitor cash flows for each Strategic Business Unit (SBU).

    • Prepare cash flow statements and forecasts to ensure adequate liquidity.

    • Identify cash flow trends and recommend actions to optimize cash management.

    • Working capital governance.

Compliance and Reporting:

    • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.

    • Prepare and review financial statements and reports for accuracy and completeness.

    • Assist in internal and external audits.

    • Knowledge of IND AS is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

    • MBA in Finance from a reputed institution.

    • 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the BPO and IT industry.

    • Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards.

    • Proficient in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.

    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial software.
