Position Overview 

The Lead HR – Agent Level Hiring will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for frontline roles. This includes sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing vendors, and ensuring timely onboarding aligned with business needs in the Amritsar location. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead end-to-end hiring for agent/frontline-level roles.
  • Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline through multiple sourcing channels.
  • Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments.
  • Drive weekly and monthly hiring targets.
  • Coordinate with operations and training teams for smooth onboarding.
  • Manage documentation, offers, and hiring compliance.
  • Maintain accurate MIS, dashboards, and hiring reports.
  • Handle vendor and partner relationships effectively.
  • Conduct walk-ins, job fairs, and local recruitment drives.

Key Skills & Competencies 

  • Experience in volume/mass hiring.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Good knowledge of Amritsar and nearby sourcing geographies.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
  • 3–6 years of experience in agent-level or frontline hiring.
