
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Manager to oversee the administrative and facility operations of our customer service BPO centers. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of all support services, including facility management, vendor coordination, housekeeping, security, asset management, and adherence to safety and compliance standards. This role plays a critical part in creating an efficient, safe, and employee-friendly work environment that supports business continuity and service excellence.
Experience: 7–10 years in administration or facility management, with at least 2–3 years in a BPO or large-scale service industry
