Senior Manager Admin

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Manager to oversee the administrative and facility operations of our customer service BPO centers. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of all support services, including facility management, vendor coordination, housekeeping, security, asset management, and adherence to safety and compliance standards. This role plays a critical part in creating an efficient, safe, and employee-friendly work environment that supports business continuity and service excellence.

Experience: 7–10 years in administration or facility management, with at least 2–3 years in a BPO or large-scale service industry
Salary: Competitive, as per industry standards

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day administration and facility operations for BPO delivery centers, including office space, utilities, and infrastructure.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance, effective asset tracking, and timely repair or replacement of office equipment and infrastructure.

  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and facility management tools.
  • Willingness to work in shifts or on weekends, as required by business needs.
