From every aspect, my journey with KocharTech is like a grown-up child. My growth from an individual player to a managerial position is a witness of the same. It’s been 15 years with the organization and over the span of these beautiful years, opportunities to work in different roles in different departments is itself a transformation. Moreover, here we are one family motivating, working, and inspiring each other every day.

What a Journey! 13 years back, A 19 Years old joined the KocharTech with a belief to earn some livelihood. From the first win of becoming an SME after a year to becoming a Senior Manager, the journey indeed was awesome. The real fun is accepting change as a challenge and ripping out excellence from it. All the years, with constant support and motivation I stand today as a proud Manager of Data Science.
I have been working in Kochartech for the past 9 years and the journey from Manager operations to Assistant General Manager Client Relations has been great here. And the exposure has made me realize my true potential and motivated me to learn new skills. The best part is the endless opportunities that the employees are provided to grow and build their career. My journey started in 2008 as a call center executive after high school. Two years later, I was training the senior leadership of telecom operators, even without a graduation degree. It has been an amazing journey for me. At KocharTech, We believe you don’t have to beat your competition, but your own Day-1 version.
