Job Description:

  • Sourcing candidates by using databases, social media, sourcing channels, etc.
  • Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
  • Offer till joining formalities and engagement.
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, and various possible channels.
  • Screen resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule.
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Scheduling interviews with stakeholders and timely follow-ups.

  • Graduate/Under Graduate
  •  Listening skills
