- Screen resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Scheduling interviews with stakeholders and timely follow-ups.
