- Drives the entire sales process; leads and assigns team responsibilities for opportunity qualification and development, solution architecting, RFP/RFI proposal development, customer reviews, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Build relationships with clients for expanded and new business opportunities through cross-selling & upsell in the western region of India.
- Responsible for overall customer satisfaction for new and existing businesses.
